Doosan Big Forklifts

Size
Forklifts could lift really heavy objects because they have a counterweight on the rear of the lift truck. The giant counterweight provides balance to the lift truck so the equipment doesn't tip over when carrying heavy cargo. Forklifts are rated according to their load capacity. A small lift truck that can carry 1800 kilograms weighs around 4000 kilograms, that is equivalent to two full-size pickup trucks. The largest forklifts can lift things as heavy as 36,000 kilograms.

Considerations
There are many safety issues involved in operating a lift truck. When driving down a ramp, travel in reverse. If the load is bulky and interferes with vision, haul it in reverse. Operators must be familiar with how to safely mount the lift using the "three-point stance." This involves placing the right hand on the back of the seat, while holding the upright of the safety cage with the left hand and placing the left foot on the step. On no account should you jump out of a forklift even in a tip over. It is actually much safer to stay inside the confines of the lift. Any slip or fall on a lift truck can lead to severe injuries.

Potential
Forklifts are considered indispensable tools in lots of businesses because they could be used to efficiently and quickly unload and load things and supplies safely and with little physical exertion. Pedestrian safety is a main priority when operating in public spaces. Operators must always give pedestrians the right-of-way. A lift truck must never be driven on a highway or on uneven surfaces. The driver should have a seat belt firmly fastened at all times when driving.
